A new update is about to come out soon and the last update cars have not been added to the care/sale price list yet. most of the cars from the update are just civilian cars like sedans so there is no reason they shouldn't be aloud! inform people you know in the community so we can resolve this problem.

Yea I agree, we should definitely add them to the car list for the RLRP. Hopefully they get put up soon.
