These rules are subject to change at any time and finding loopholes will not be acceptable.
All characters will begin their journey into Los Santos at the Los Santos International Airport.
Player Rules:
-Game chat is for police only--Some exceptions like game chat or admin, To have conversations call people on the phone and if you need to talk to multiple player go into a party. DO NOT TALK IN GAME CHAT UNLESS YOU ARE AN OFFICER. When a police officer is in your presence in game or you get pulled over you must be in game chat to speak to him on the phone.
-Players will start with Fists only
-Player May NOT enter passive mode
-Players will start with a sum of $15000 to spend
-Players will start with a choice of any bike(*Note this is not the motorbikes)
-Players cannot lend, borrow, or sell Weapons (Admins are allowed to sell weapons for profit if properly purchased from Ammunation Factory's)--Once we go into the roleplay more players will be able to buy and sell weapons. Trading weapons or giving weapons will be allowed if talked to by an admin.
-Player cannot kill without a Roleplay reason
-Player cannot randomly sabotage the city at any time
-Players must Eat 2 times a day(You must Roleplay you are eating for at least 30 seconds)
-Players must apply fear to your character(This is critical to Roleplay. Based on your characters personality will depend of your character is scared of certain things)
-Players must announce they are "Out Of Character" when they speak outside the Roleplay. This may not be used constantly or there will be consequences
-Players may not lie about what they own. If caught lying you will be immediately kicked out of the Roleplay
-If your are killed by another player you must return to the EXACT spot you died and continue the scene. You can also go to the hospital and wait out your time to recover(Gunshots will take longer then being beaten down or melee "killed")- U will also be able to pay a large sum of money to not have to go to the Hospital but it will be to much to handle for most players. Can only be used 2-3 times a roleplay for money
-Players will start with 3 lives on their characters
-Players will not lose lives from Falling, Being killed by npc's, Being killed by npc police, being run over, or drowning(If you wish to Roleplay your character dying in one of these fashions you may)*Players may not abuse this rule, If you are being shot at by a cliff you may not jump off the cliff purposely to escape dying.
-If your kill another player you MUST wait for them to return to their death spot before trying to kill them again
-You may take players hostage by Killing the using Melee with a gun( Some exceptions)
-If taken hostage you may not shoot, run away, or talk unless told to. Act like you are tied up
-NO RAGE QUITTING
-No Revenge Characters
-No arguing with anybody
-No excessive cussing
-You may not take emotions from out of Roleplay into the Roleplay
-No Harassment of any sort
-No Using items you do not own
-Do not invite non-members into the game
-Your may not take any large weapon out of your "pocket". This includes Rifles, shotguns, sub machine guns, snipers, Bats, jerry cans, rockets, miniguns, or light machine guns unless your are next to YOUR vehicle, In your house, or in a property you own.(Exceptions are smaller hand held weapons-- Uzi, Pistol, Knife, Hammer etc.)
-No meta-gaming. This is using information you may of heard out of Roleplay or not legit against someone
-Players must have somewhere to sleep within the first Roleplay day. This can be anything from a small home to a tent under the freeway. All player must live in Los Santos
-Players may buy up to 5 lives for their character. You can purchase one life a Roleplay for $25000.
-You may form gangs with up to 3-4 other people
-Players MUST have their banks updated before every Roleplay session to play
-Players are able to purchase weapons, houses, cars, and other from admins only. These will be written down to prevent cheating
-If your character loses all their lives you must leave the session and create a new character before returning
-Players must Roleplay with npc's sometimes. An example is if I walk into the Gas Station to buy food and there is not real player I must act like I am speaking to the clerk
-Players with a job must work at least in 6 game hours a day

Police Force-Police will Roleplay as if they are real police, Take it seriously or you will be taken off the police force.
Police must be especially careful on when they are authorized to fire upon a civilian. Most of the time instead of shooting try to Melee them so you may get the arrest.
Once arrested player will be brought to a store and a car will be placed in front of the door as jail. Court will be assigned if crime if bad enough.
Court is held at any location chosen by the judge.

(Doing good deeds and getting arrests will allow you to get money for that also)-Their will be raises in promotions it may go up 5-20% depending on how well you do in the roleplay.

Airline Info:
The Airline is the only way into Blaine County. Flight times are determined by the pilot.
Policies on plane crashes
If a plane is downed but does not explode than the pilot is given a fee of $3000.
If a plane is downed and explodes the pilot has a 1/50 chance of survival.All passengers have a 50% chance of survival.
Death in a plane crash means your character is dead.
If life insurance is on you character these rules apply. The pilot has a 50% chance of death.Passangers will survive without losing a life
If you want a job other than any of theses message an admin what job you would like. Be creative it could be almost anything.
Starting New Businesses
Players have the ability to start there own completely new business.
The cost is $10000 to start.
To start a new business the player must have at least 1 starting real employee.
Here's the progress on all business will start.
( This may depend on your business to and how well you decide on roleplaying it)
1st week:$1,500 weekly income/1 employee
2nd-8th week:$2,500 weekly income/3 employees
8th-12th week:$3000 weekly income/3 employees/Chance of business failure
After the 12th week progress of the business depends on the owner. Creative ideas and new ways to gain profit will increase weekly income. For every real employee working after the 12th week will increase 50% each.
Political Jobs
President:$2000 a day:Must be elected when election comes around::::Controls taxes and anything else that happens in San Andreas::::Is in charge of a lot and is a very serious job.
President and Foreign Affairs
The President will have to deal with foreign leaders, If he does this poorly the economy will suffer.
The 3 Major countries he will communicate with are below as well as what they will primarily communicate about and the affects.

Example Of Poor Decisions:If the president starts to become enemies with China players in the Retail and Wholesale industry will lose their jobs and wages on all jobs will decrease 25%

College costs $30000 and you must go 2 In-game hours a day to the stadium.(This is where Michael's daughter in story mode is on Fame or Shame.
Your must attend college for one month before graduating.

People who are not employed may be Eligable for an unemployment check for Roleplay.
Requirements for unemployment checks--

-Must have had previous job
-Must have valid home
-A written document from your previous boss explaining why you no longer work
Players that have unemployment checks will receive $1000 a week until employment.
If a player commits a medium or worse crime they will be removed from unemployment and charged a fee of $5000 every to months for 12 months.

You will be gone 3 weeks at a time staying by the military base training. The military will be called in for action for things like drug raids and convoys.(I understand the military doesn't actually do this but they need something to do)

Illegal Activities
Robbery:
Players are allowed to rob stores but get more money when done to actual players--Homes must be robbed with lockpicks. If the owner is home he can come outside and u guys can fight it out in streets but he has 2 minutes to get out of his house before he gets robbed.

Players must notify the chief of police the location of store before robbing it
Players must enter the store and hold up the clerk for money
Players must remain inside the store for 2 real life minutes
Players will lose lives if killed by npc police during this time
After the 2 minutes players will no longer lose lives by npc police
Players can only rob stores once every 2 days
Players will receive $1000 from robbing a store+$200 for every person that was robbing it
Homes--------
Players must have a Lockpick to break into another players home
Players must get wanted and hold off the home for 1 minute
Players may lose lives from npc police at this time
Players must then evade the police and can still lose lives during this time
Players will receive $750 from robbing homes +$250 every person
Bank Robbery--------
Players must find a small or big bank and notify chief of police they are robbing it
Players must get wanted and hold off the police for 5 minutes
Players may lose lives from police npc's at this time
If a player is killed they must get wanted again and return to death spot
If all players involved die they must return to death spot and restart the 5 minutes
After the 5 minutes players must evade the police
Players will receive $50000 +$5000 every person involved
Drugs and Illegal Weapons

Each bag is worth between 50-300 dollars depends on how much you can sell it for and u must sell to other players-(Each time you smoke the bong at ur house the bag of weed is good for 3 hits out of the bong)--Bag of weed will get u two Joints(Ciggarettes)
Cocaine:
$3000 to grow and produce 10 bags
Must produce for 1 week
Automatically receive 2500
Can be sold for 150-500 a piece
If you want to use effects its one bag and it last 2-3 days
Meth:
$1000 to produce 10 bags
Must make for 1 day
Receive 700 after it is done. Can be sold for 50-250
Shrooms:
$500 to grow 10 shrooms
Must grow for 1 1/2 days

Effects of each drug:
Marijuana:
Must eat twice as much for the day
Increases work effort increases wages for the day x1.3

Makes players less resistant to fear factor
Increases Stamina and energy level increases wages 1.5x for the day
